Tyneside Golf Club is shown on the map by the green region on Westfield Lane. The Club is in Old Ryton Village, a few minutes from the A695 which links Hexham and Gateshead on the south bank of the River Tyne.

From A1:

1. Turn off onto A694 following signs for Blaydon/A695.
2. At the Blaydon Roundabout, take the B6317 to Ryton.
3. Once you reach Ryton, follow B6317 for approximately 0.75 miles until you see Barclays Bank on your left. Turn right immediately after the bank (where ‘Ryton’ is marked on the map).
4. Continue down this road until your reach a T junction. Turn left and continue for a further 300 yards until you see three roads making a triangle on your right with a pinfold inside. Turn right here and follow the road which will bring you to the golf club.
