Congratulations to Sinead Nangle and Ann  Ingham who won their match on 28th July in the preliminary round of this competition.

Due to the course conditions and non-entries this competition was cancelled on 17th July. It will be played on Sunday 28th August and the EWGA Medal 11 due to be played that day will not take place.

The signing -in sheets, the signing -in book and the card box will be found in the locker room until the office is moved. The Cash box will be in the pro’s shop. If the shop is not open when you commence play please pay after playing.

Well done to all the winners of the trophies,especially to Pat and Linda who gave us a great final to watch. Pat won on the 16th after a tight match so retaining the Championship Trophy. Congratulations to Linda who played so well in her first final.

Thankyou to Sue our Captain for her wonderful prizes and organising such good weather. I’m sure everyone enjoyed their day. Thankyou also for her helpers, Ken who saved our lives at the 12th with the drinks, Linda for the putting. Sue, the Vice for all her support and Wendy for doing the card  Also thanks to the greens staff for the white line and the state of the course. A great day Sue!.
